I stopped coming here because my hot food always tasted like cleaning chemicals, they?re rude and ignore you, they take their... time making items because their too busy talking or yelling at each other. Im a CNA and I frequently stop at this dunkin in between traveling to clients. Today they had a girl outside taking orders at... the drive thru which is fine. When I got to the menu board, I saw they had a new iced pumpkin chia latte. No one answered at themenu board to add on to my order. When I drove up to the window, I asked to add on and they refused stating they dont do add onsbefore 11am. It was 10:20am It's very inconvenient to have a girl take my order before I even see the menu board if there goingto refuse to add on. I love this dunkin! I come in for the specials and the friendly staff. All the ladies do a great job. It is a very busy dunkin... and a hard job so I give them credit. Nicole usually serves me and she?s the best! Super friendly and fast. It seems like sheactually cares about her job! Give that girl a raise! Read more
The App messed up on my order, some how it canceled. So I had to reorder it inside. Everything was good after that.
This Dunkin' Donuts has a horrible attitude if there's a technical problem receiving your online order, specifically: it's your... problem and we have no interest in fixing it. In fairness, this was after noon on a weekday; other shifts may have a bettermanager. But I've also received "hot" bacon which seemed to be fresh out of the fridge, and orders that were wrong. The twoother closest Dunkin' Donuts locations are wonderful. One of them is my favorite of the many I've been to: blindingly fast,consistently correct, and extremely helpful--the opposite of this one. Read more
Consistently wrong on the weekends, you place an order on the app for specifically what you want you go in to pick it up and... it's completely wrong, you ask for your coffee to be re made and it's made wrong again ???? You order food, bacon wraps and youget home and they are ham!! My daughter goes here everyday during the work week and her order is always correct! Kudos to theweekday crew! The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. There were 3 people working, well standing behind the counter. I went in to wait for... almost 6 mins while the employees conversate about their personal lives, before I could place my order. After placing my order Iwaited again almost 5 mins to get 2 ice coffees. Both were wrong, I won't go back to this dunkin. This has happened to meseveral times at this location. Always had problems with this place. From coffees being wrong to workers rushing me and being rude. Never had a worse coffee,... tastes like chemicals and they gave me the wrong foam. Never been asked what flavor foam I want, just wanted regular. Ordered acoffee about a month ago, the whole thing was milk I kid you not. Love Dunkin overall but not this location, will not be goingback. Read more
