Had this misfortune of placing an order at this particular Yoshinoya today(11/4/2022) at 4:59 PM. Worst experience of my life, I... am disabled and have severe back pain, so I order curbside to make life a little easier for myself, I waited until 5:09 before Ihad to go in and see what was taking so long because this location has no idea how to answer their phone even tho they have verylittle business (from what I could see). My order was just sitting on the counter getting cold, I asked the first employee Isaw, tall gentleman with a beard, and I asked him why my order wasn't brought out? That I had been waiting since before 4:59which is when it was supposed to come out. All he could respond with was "I dunno dude I just got here". That was it, no sorry,nothing, obviously he hates his life and his job and has no semblance of customer service, when I get home half my order ismissing, I guess my fault for not checking right? These people can't even handle something as simple as bringing a curbsideorder out so why would they have the capacity of being able to give an order out? I've been trying to call them but no answer,if google had the option to give no or negative stars I would much appreciate that because this place was at about a negative 3.The food was cold, customer service was terrible and they made me wait. I will never ever come back to this location and Iadvise you to avoid it at all costs. Read more

I dashed a meal from them and it was so half made. Food lacked flavor because it was rushed so fast that not even a care to make... sure it was made properly. Barely any sauce on the main meal OR the Orange chicken side. Like seriously, high prices but noquality control and it looks like you all are rationing sauce too! This is honestly embarrassing. First off I like to eat at Yoshinoya, but over the years this one has become noticeably more and more terrible I ordered 1 large... beef & 1 large chicken. They took my hard earned cash and gave me half portion sizes. I waited 30min in the drive thru mind yougas is not cheap! I called the employee's working there and talked to them in a calm professional manner they said they weightbefore putting it in. All time best I've ever had from this store, and I've eaten here for over 20 years. Beef was melt in your mouth and the chicken... had a charbroiled flavor. I also ordered the veggie spring rolls and they were absolutely delicious & comparable to a qualityrestaurant! They were crisp and hot with a delicious garlic type of flavor. This has now become a new craving for me Iabsolutely recommend! For some reason on this day the ATM machine was down but I had enough cash and the staff told me at theordering menu warning me so I wasn't at all inconvenienced. ???????? Read more

Okay so just came by this Yoshinoya location on my way back to vegas. Sadly vegas doesn?t have Yoshinoya anymore and growing up... in LA i would eat at Yoshinoya when possible. So I saw that this location wasn?t that far from so stopped by and got the classiccombo bowl, the original beef and teriyaki chicken. Ordered a few plates to take home and sadly I do not have my receipt orremember the lady?s name but she was young and she was very nice! She gave me enough ginger for all 4 plates and was awesome!Definitely made the stop worth it!! Read more
