This place is disgusting!!! The floors, machines, tables, & topping bar was filthy. Looks as if it hasn?t been cleaned in... months. All of the machines were out of order except for two, which one of them had watery yogurt coming out. The only flavorthat was not as watery was the plain tart. The toppings that I got all tasted old and stale, not fresh at all. Most of themlooked like it was cross contaminated and was everywhere. This was my last time coming, every single time I?ve came it was amess. The employees were by the register just talking and not even greeting customers. Terrible. As soon as you walk in, no one greets you; they are all in the back talking. The store is messy and dark, and they... barely have any flavors. This is not the first I have received terrible service. Read more
Super gross store. Everything in there was covered in some type of gunk from the floors to the register and the toppings... counter. This is probably the grosses yogurt place I have ever been too. Super disappointed. Will absolutely never come to thislocation again. Read more
We?ve been going to this location for a while now and it?s usually pretty picked up. However today both the workers were talking... and laughing behind the counter while the entire place was a mess. the entire toppings area was a mess and looked to be crosscontaminated. There were sticky substances on the counter along with crumbs and random toppings. The tables were also sticky andwe even found a hair on another table. Read more
3 stars base on this Visit. Its usually great like another yogurt place BUT... place closes @9:30.. got there at 9. And they... had 4 machines cleaned and off. A few of the other ones weren't cold yogurt came out watery... as for the topping they wereokish too, limited choices the magic shell was empty. TLDR-place seems to close 30min before store closing time.. Read more
Came here today 6/3/2022 8:00pm and this place is the worst. Any time I?ve been to a yogurtland the employees are really nice... and helpful. This yogurtland is the worst and I will never come back. Went inside and all the girls had a huge attitude and werejust staring at us rolling their eyes and being rude to us when we were paying as well. Just giving us the nastiest look. ANDthey were literally out of EVERYTHING. They had limited flavors and half of them weren?t even working. The tables were so dirty,the chairs as well. It seemed like the place hadn't been mopped or swept for weeks! But sure enough there they were laughing itup, talking, and wasting time. Worst yogurtland I?ve ever been to. Machines were working and had the toppings stocked up ready for you to use. Great service and clean place.
