Third time I?ve ordered from this wing stop for pick up and they forget to give me my ranch. The most basic and universal part... of every order?. Yet they somehow forget it. So far every time I order here it's always on time, not busy, or crowded and the food is well done and taste great.
Worst Wingstop I?ve ever been to. Now, I hardly leave reviews. I?m pretty easy going. But I passed through town and decided to... stop for wings. I walked in and there were only 3 customers in the restaurant. Sure, why not order. I got my food 62 minuteslater. I didn?t keep a timer, I just checked my texts to see when I told my friend I was grabbing food before I headed to hishouse. I ordered an 8 piece and fries. What?s so hard about that? Over the next hour, 4-5, so not even the lunch rush, THIRTYpeople piled up in there, waiting, angry. The cooks moved like snails. No offense, but y?all seriously need to lose weight ifyou want to avoid having a heart attack at this job, I certainly would if I saw the mob of angry waiting people you created.These kids have no idea what they?re doing. on the menu there are flames next to the flavors to indicate level of hotness.. do not underestimate the warning! Flavor is on... point but the heat factor overpowers the flavor There are electrical outlets on the wall at each table so that you may chargeyour phone or whatever The restroom is often messy and/or out of something (toilet paper.. soap.. paper towels..) This place is a horrible location. I have been here several time and every single time my order would take double the time what... it states it would take online. Then to top it off there has been something missing from my order and I?ll have to return backfor it. It?s just obviously that this place it poorly managed, and I highly recommend avoid ordering from this location ifpossible! Read more
Completely disappointed every time I try And place an order here. Online ordering is always unavailable but don?t try calling... either because it?ll ring a couple times before they pick up the phone and hang up on you. I know this to be the case because icame in and tested the theory while watching the employees they completely ignore the phone no matter what time you call, not tomention the blatant cell phone use in the kitchen that they dont even attempt to hide. They watch the phone ring and get rightback on their cellphone. Cellphones around food is completely unsanitary and a slap in the face when you can?t even get a holdof the store. Read more
NEVER GO TO THIS WINGSTOP IF YOU LOVE WINGSTOP I PROMISE THEY WILL GET YOU TO HATE IT! They always get the orders wrong and they... always talk back in a rude way to you not only that their wings are always raw and their fries are always burnt and when they?reburnt or soggy in oil!! Today 11/18, I placed an order at 7:42, the estimated time given to me was between 26-31 minutes. I arrived a little after 8:30,... and patiently waited in the pickup line. I gave the employee my first name. The employee then grabbed a bag and walked backover to me. I then gave him my last name for reassurance. He read the bag again and then put it back on the shelf and told me myorder was still being made. I waited inside the store. The more I waited, the more I had a feeling that the bag that heinitially started to give to me, but then put it back, was actually my order. So I went back in the pickup line, and as I?mwaiting he grabs the bag, in the very back of the shelf, the same bag he had picked up in the beginning and calls my name. Bythis time, it was around 9:15pm. My order had been sitting there the whole time. I gave him my first and last name, and he readthat ticket on my bag multiple times, but for some reason he decided that that wasn?t my order. My food was very cold. So I wentback in to ask him where there was a miscommunication, because I gave him my full name, and he read my name on the ticket andput it back. I had expected a sorry at the very least. But instead I was met with a very nasty attitude and lies. He lied to myface, by telling me he called out my order multiple times. I never left the store, and I was standing in the front, right nextto the registers the whole time.
