My first time experiencing grilling food myself at a restaurant- I have a lot great time! Got there right when they opened at... 12pm and their was already a short line to get in. Got seated quickly. They have 3 different pricing options to chose from. Wegot to pick 4 different meats, so my friend and I each chose 2 for the grill. I heard the next table mention a salad and Ididn?t see anything about sides or salads in the menu, which is a little inconvenient. I had to ask the waiter for the sides andhe told them to me. Great kbbq. Ample parking. Meat orders came out quick. Servers helpful but busy. quick tip. order something fatty like pork... belly to oil the grill or else the lean meats will stick and burn. (or ask them to oil it) Also order beef brisket first ifyou're hungry it is super thin and cooks fast. Also order some garlic and roast it next to the pork belly! The beef brisket isgreat. The marbling on the meat varies. The cali steak is like california, its dry and tough. The pork belly is elevated baconand pork rib was amazingly juicy. The bulgogi is good for those who like a sweet and savory dish. Order steamed egg , corncheese, and a stew on the side to balance out the meal. Kimchi was great Banchan and seasame oil needs to be ordered. It's notserved by default. The grills are regularly switched out which is great. Its hot inside so try to get seats by the AC.
