I came during lunch and got the Salmon bowl. I didn't notice it burnt on both sides til I got back to work. When I came back... with my receipt and a pic to report it, the cashier apologized and said we'll make you another. About few minutes later, a womencame from the back name Yulie holding my receipt and stopped the 2nd order then asked to see the pic. When I showed it, shepaused then said oh that's how it supposed to be cooked. I said no its not, I get this all the time. She said loudly with anattitude I can't give you your money back. I was shocked cause she was trying to draw negative attention to me. Then she saidloudly I can't help you twice while holding the receipt and shaking her head no. I took my receipt and started to leave; Iheard her tell the staff I was just trying to get a free meal. When I looked back, they were all looking at me and Yulie wassmirking like she won. The location that is in magnolia is very bad and I have gone several times to look for a bowl with vegetables and they tell me... that there is none and it is 8:30 pm, perhaps they cannot cook any more or you do not let them, besides that also sometimes Iwent to buy food and it's 15 or 10 at 9 and it's already closed because its hours aren't until 9 o'clock. One last thing and Iwent in to buy food and the cashiers and a young cook with long hair are very involved in the cell phone. I see that in theirfacilities they have cameras that are just for decoration or they really see if they are doing their job or not. The truth isthat sometimes I preferred to drive to the location that is in Chicago o la sierra because they give better service there. Read more
Nice for a quick bite. The waba bowl is good but the fried dumpling is SO DRY and hard on the edge.

Got the basic order of a chicken rice/veggie bowl and dumplings. Everything tasted good, the cabbage was a bit too firm but most... places lightly cook it to avoid over cooking. I went after the lunch rush and got my order super quick. Read more
This location recently opened up. It is inside the shopping center, tucked away and hard to notice if you don't know it's here.... However once you don't this place the experience will be a good one. Great service, clean, and moderately healthy food. Read more
At the time of writing this review, this location has just opened up. The staff here is very friendly and immediately greeted me... upon entering the establishment. They provided my order in great time, and the food was delicious! The location's interiordesign is also very nice with a great modern feel to it with plenty of space so you do not feel crowded when eating inside. Tosummarize my review, the food is great, the staff is great and very friendly, and the store looks great! I would easilyrecommend this to anybody looking for a great place to eat! Read more
Me and my wife stopped going to this location off magnolia. The last three times our chicken bowls where BURNT,DRY,COLD. I... stopped going here months ago and decided to give it one more try. Once again food was not good! My wife and I will never beback at any WABA GRILL. Money is to hard to earn and fast food QUALITY has gone down the toilet where WABA grill belongs. Read more
