Location; Good, Parking,:Okay, Service: Good, Same as other Chain of similar name: Food is still the same, taste is a bit... better than others. Anything that sets it apart: strong Service attention. First Timer. Loved the decor of the Restaurant. Food was quite good. I got the Pot Pourri which comes with four different... sauces: Mizithra Cheese and Browned butter, Marinara, clam sauce and meat sauce, really good ????????. Their Sicilian CheeseBread was really good as well. Read more

However, the location is quite cool. Interior design with high ceilings and a charming feel. That's what you get for your... money. I ordered the Fiery Vesuvius, which was tasty but more sweet and savory than spicy. The salad I ordered was a letdowndue to the poor ranch dressing. Worst dining experience in a long long time. Were told a 10 minute wait, waited 30 and then got sat at a table that had been... open and set the entire time. It took 45 minutes to get a beer, in a bottle... it took 20 minutes for them to tell me theinitial one ordered was not available. Garlic cheese bread was stale and bread itself was cold and had obviously not beenunfrozen all the way. Food came out after about an hour and my spaghetti was cold to the touch, chicken Parmigiana wascompletely dry and had almost no flsvor. No one ate more than a few bites due to the absolute flavorless food. No exaggerationthe jar of spaghetti sauce at the store has more flavor and tastes better (or the spaghetti MRE i had in Afghanistan...) Wetried pouring the sauce from the garlic cheese bread on the spaghetti to help, since there was very little sauce content to themeat sauce, but it really didn't help.
