I'm saddened because I love this location but today was a bad experience. Right before closing today 9/24/22 I called and... inquired about pre sliced ham which the lady told me they did sell. I went in at 4:50 and got 1 lb of presliced ham and wasrushed out because it was almost closing. Upon arrival at home I realized my ham was EXPIRED and now the store is closed so nowI can't return the ham. They are closed on Sundays. Hopefully Monday I am issued a refund or a replacement.to eat expired porkis gross and I hope they start to check their expiration dates more often. Read more
Great deli shop. Great selections of meats, bread and condiments. Long line to get in shop. Line moves really fast and... orderly. Cashier will wave you over for next open station. Staff courteous and friendly. Store is clean and well organize.Parking lots needs a good cleaning. Read more
Hey guys I love your ham and sides but it's freaking 2020 and we are in a pandemic. Please do a Virtual Queue. My husband along... with dozens more of your customers waited in line for 3+ hours to get to buy from you. This is unsafe during this times and justunnecessary. Value the safety and time of your customers and get a better system. Read more
Love this place! I have been coming here during holidays for the past couple years. Their food is amazing but I have to say that... this store and the employees here are absolutely awesome. Every single time I have been here, standing in line (this line I wasin I clocked it at an hour) has been worth it. The employees are sociable and kind and sweet and all have a wonderful smile ontheir faces (I can tell through their masks). There was even a girl going around and sanitizing while we were in the store. Theyare always organized and they are ready to get your orders. This is what excellent customer service looks like. And I wouldstand in line every time to get my order. Thank you so much The Honey Baked Ham Store for making my holiday meals so much easierto accomplish...especially when you have children.
