This place has a sense of humor. I waited 15 minutes and got everything but the burger.
Lazy Team: Shutting the door earlier than the mentioned time. Good customer service though.
Long story short: a homeless guy ahead of me in the line ordered his own food respectfully and fully paid his order. The manager... didn't let him stay in and asked him to take away. It felt like living in 60s with discrimination issues! Then, I ordered myfood and when I got the food in the tray, the paper looked used. I brought it up to the manager and he responded this is onlywet and was not willing to even change it! Next time you're going to get some food at this place, make sure your clothing looksgood and don't be surprised with terrible service. Read more

My pics will show, since 2018 I've enjoyed my typical Habit of their colorful garden salad ????, without onions + added avocado,... and a side of tempura green beans (I try to remember to request No salt), always with ranch ???? Summer 2019 I tried a twist onmy usual, a small side salad and sriracha lime spicy green beans. Good, although I missed my usual ???? Spring 2019 they hadgarlic fries which I had to try, although I should have requested no salt on them because of the sauce ???? Their regular friesare good w/ salt ???? A friend from another campus met me here for lunch, she enjoyed the Original Habit back when she was at UCSanta Barbara! She let me in on a secret menu item - grilled cheese! On my next visit I tried it w/ added avo & tomato ???? andof course it's perfect w/ a side of fries or tempura green beans ???? If I get there before 10:30 a.m., their avo toast orsun-dried tomato pesto burrito are both tasty vegetarian options ???????????? Their vanilla malt is soo delicious, I recommendit for a tasty treat! ???? I've tried it twice, but unfortunately the dairy digest I take for my lactose intolerance was notenough to prevent my stomach from getting upset. Their Tropical Tea perfectly satisfies my iced tea addiction! (although I wishthey carried Stevia to sweeten it, I bring packets in my purse). Read more
I ordered dine in and after about ten minutes my buzzer rang. I went to the counter to pick up my food but then they told me it... would just be a minute. Then I had to wait ten more minutes for my food to be ready. By the time I got my food my friend wasalready almost finished eating. They obviously either messed up my order or gave it to someone else on accident and didn?t evenapologize or offer an explanation. #feelsbadman Read more
Omg the green bean fries are the bomb! Burgers and sandwiches are pretty tasty. Place is a bit pricey but the quality and... freshness is worth it. Super fast and friendly staff. Restaurant kept very clean. Read more
As always, a quality burger! The staff here is quite nice, and they have a great turnaround time. Is it a pricier option as far... as campus good goes? Sure, but nothing here is cheap. At least here, you are getting a damn good burger for your money. Read more
