I wish I could give it zero stars but I can?t. I love Taco Bell but whoever is working here is clueless. Because I ordered 5... Beefy 5 layer burritos. And the chipotle chicken ranch burrito. I leave and look in my bag and see I only got 2 beefy 5 layerburritos. They should probably take math class again since they can?t count how many burritos they actually put in the bag. Food as expected with fast and prompt service. Staff was nice. Biggest complaint is how dirty the inside eating area was. Food... on the floor, messy tables, and not overall very clean. Terrible lack of supplies on the chain and the dining room is closed. Update: they can't split your payment method in the... registered. For instance if you have 10 bucks with you in cash and you want to pay the rest in a card transaction the enployeeworking the register will say, "sorry we cannot do that, we can only do it on a one time transaction, not a split transaction."I was mad since they can split the transaction elsewhere but not with this restaurant. Also the employees do not know how tohandle well the food, and the food looks unappetizing with lack of ingredients. I rather go elsewhere, where they do splittransaction and treat their clients with respect of not messing up your order. Read more
Went heretonight, we got 2 burritos and hard shell tacos and a quesadilla. All of the food came out really bad, the taco shells... were soggy, the quesadilla had barely any meat and somehow the meat was burnt, the burritos seemed very old. Very dissatisfiedwith everything. WORST TACO BELL IN RIVERSIDE!!! I came here 3 weeks in the drive thru, as i pull up to the window i hear one of the employees... yell out the F word and i noticed a lady working at the window immedietly closed it, the worst thing about my experience was theDISGUSTING food there, i actually come here very often and they've gone to a big low, before i got my food i had to wait at thedrive thru for quite a couple minutes and i end up getting some soggy hours old food and its cold aswell, had to throw away myfood because it didnt taste good at all and it fell apart, for anyone wanting to go to a taco bell resturant id recommend adiffrent location. Clean location. Great parking. But clearly and entirely messed up an order. Ordered 2 black bean flatbread tacos, they were just... potatoes and black beans (no lettuce or tomatoes or ranch). Skipped including the bean and rice burrito I ordered. But I wentback and they redid my order Read more
This taco bell is the one of the worst places I have gone to. For example they didn't cut my quesadilla and they didn't warmed... it up correctly. That's why I give it a 2 stars. Read more
