I entered early explained that I was waiting on a vehicle from one of the many nearby shops in the area. I asked would it be ok... to sit here awhile, as I had ordered a meal "I was told it would be ok. I left to check on vehicle, later I returned andpurchased a drink and returned to the corner. The father figure dressed in street clothes no uniform came to me and angrily said"you unplug your phone only 15 minutes" I immediately complied, Atp the store was empty only take out patrons were coming andgoing, about an hour later I was abruptly told to leave as I had expired the time limit. I offered to buy another meal ifthere's a time limit. I was told "No" as the entire staff *note it appeared to be a family from India/Pakistan. Including theyounger employees, berated me saying after 15 minutes we can call the police for loitering, the employee who appeared to be thefather figure with raised voice began yelling "I'm calling the police". As I replied if they address me, I can address themback. All this was sparked because I asked to buy another meal if there's a time limit. I can only fathom that when I offered tobuy another meal, they had nothing to respond with except yelling that I'd been there to long. This store has cameras if theywish to dispute this review. I can only wonder if a non BLACK patron was actually spending money and offering to spend more,would they be subjected to such vitriol.This For technically breathing....I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB. As well assubway corporation. Also they pretend restroom is out of order and there were no COVID mandates. Father figure also said "youcan buy more food to go" I feel this is their preferred protocol for Blacks. Showed up at 5:30 pm and door was locked. Both employees acted like no one was banging on the window. Had about 4 other people... standing waiting for them to open the door. Large young girl opened the door and did not say a word. I just wanted food for myfamily so I did not say a thing. Felt like I would get my food spit on if I complained. Read more
