While I normally like Subway, my last order at this store was the worst experience ever. I had ordered online, but they hadn't... even started the order before I arrive. They didn't have the bread I wanted, but I couldn't cancel or get a refund since Iprepaid. On top of that, I didn't get the extra meat I ordered and they forgot to put cheese on it. I didn't find that outuntil after I got home. I can no longer recommend this particular Subway. Read more

No chicken or steak -still unthawing. Got the turkey cali and as she is finishing tells me no avacado - all went bad day before.... Very bland tasting. Very skimpy on everything except the spinach. Very small selection of chips. I think there 3 to choose from.I?ll go to the on Pierce or McKinley from now on. Read more

Place says open till 10 it was 8:40 when I arrived and its closed I dont know if they are trying to get paid for extra hours and... they aren't there but its horrible to be hungry and show up to a place that claims to be open and its closed Read more

Amazing customer service and super clean environment. Liliana (I hope I spelt that right, her name tag reads Lily.) was a... wonderful employee. Was obviously trained very well and the other worker did as well. This was my third subway I've been totoday due to incompetent employees at other locations and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. They should sendwhoever trained them or even send them to the other locations to train those employees! Or get a small bonus/raise. Read more

This subway lacks professionalism and never has a manager on duty. Their workers are disrespectful and lack what it means to... offer customer service. Subway you can thank your worker Salomé for this review. We bought a sandwich asking for it to belightly toasted. Instead Salomé burnt the sandwich- and when we asked for a refund or for her to remake the sandwich due to thehorrible quality of the food, she refused. Not only did she refuse but she used profanity that was absolutely inexcusable fromsomeone representing a business. If subway thinks hiring individuals like Salomé is good for their business they should thinkagain. Salomé was poorly mannered and should of been apologetic for her behavior and unwillingness to provide decent food thatwas already paid for. Don?t go to this subway if you?re looking for well made sandwiches and decent workers. Read more

I ordered online so I didn't see how they prepared it. I got there when they were wrapping it. I don't remember before. So I say... it was new employee working that prepared my order. I drove home and noticed she forgot to add avocado. I did drive back to getit resolved. They did offer to make a new one but it wasn't nessesary and she offered chips for the inconvenience. Clean every once in awhile. The soda machine was disgusting, but the fact that there wasn't green tea, black tea, or any tea... or lemonade, was a problem for the orders I placed. Read more
