No chicken or steak -still unthawing. Got the turkey cali and as she is finishing tells me no avacado - all went bad day before.... Very bland tasting. Very skimpy on everything except the spinach. Amazing customer service and super clean environment. Liliana (I hope I spelt that right, her name tag reads Lily.) was a... wonderful employee. Was obviously trained very well and the other worker did as well. This was my third subway I've been totoday due to incompetent employees at other locations and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. They should sendwhoever trained them or even send them to the other locations to train those employees! Or get a small bonus/raise. Read more
This subway lacks professionalism and never has a manager on duty. Their workers are disrespectful and lack what it means to... offer customer service. Subway you can thank your worker Salomé for this review. We bought a sandwich asking for it to belightly toasted. Instead Salomé burnt the sandwich- and when we asked for a refund or for her to remake the sandwich due to thehorrible quality of the food, she refused. Not only did she refuse but she used profanity that was absolutely inexcusable fromsomeone representing a business. If subway thinks hiring individuals like Salomé is good for their business they should thinkagain. Salomé was poorly mannered and should of been apologetic for her behavior and unwillingness to provide decent food thatwas already paid for. While I normally like Subway, my last order at this store was the worst experience ever. I had ordered online, but they hadn't... even started the order before I arrive. They didn't have the bread I wanted, but I couldn't cancel or get a refund since Iprepaid. On top of that, I didn't get the extra meat I ordered and they forgot to put cheese on it. I didn't find that outuntil after I got home. I can no longer recommend this particular Subway. Read more
