Prices on menu rare false, ordered a chicken bacon ranch they put rotisserie I stated I wanted the grilled chicken they said it... would cost extra I said why it doesn?t state that it comes with rotisserie like other sandwiches do they said that?s what?s inthe computer so we have to charge you extra. Anther employee came I as I was dealing with this issue the most unprofessionalfast food worker I?ve in countered named Jasper told me if you don?t like it go eat somewhere else. Who ever owns this franchiseshould be appalled first you are stealing from your customers witch is a crime and I will be making a complaint about falseadvertising and then you employee people y who tell what little customers that do come in to go somewhere else. Absolutely amazing customer service, as always. Sign on the door requires customers to wear a mask which is a great idea for... everyone?s safety. I come here often after long days at work and the staff is always very friendly and willing to go above andbeyond. One of the last few places in Jurupa Valley with superior customer service! Employees friendly and fast. Had my sandwiches in about 15 min. And that was with a wait for them to finish with a customer.... Sandwiches done with items we chose and everything was fresh. Read more

Customer service is bad. Quality of food is bad too. They don?t really know what they are doing and don?t respect the customers... time. I waited in there for five minutes waiting on my food. Which was already made they just didn?t know where it was. It is apain having to talk to their employees. Service had gone down in the recent months. Read more

I had trouble ordering from the app since it was my first time using it. I had to ask for a refund and the worker was not... friendly at all. It was obvious she was annoyed and didn't smile or apologize. When I showed her my phone to ask her where Ishould have clicked on the app and she ignored me and just continued to tell me "there is a button on there." Hmm maybe shedidnt know the app well , shame shame. Either way she didn't have to be so dismissive. Just bad customer service. I know I wasthe one who was confused by the app but dang...why the attitude? If yr a supervisor manager or lead I think you should get somecorporate sponsored training for curteousness and how best to represent the company you work for. Read more
