Rude employees that don't follow food safety guidelines. A male customer dropped the toaster rack on the floor then proceeded to... cook the bread of a sandwich for a different customer with it!! When i got my food and sat at one of the tables one of theemployees kept staring at me. They also don't clean. I'm a restaurant manager so this was unacceptable. Read more
Best one in town. I've been here three separate times throughout the months and I can say that this is the best one. The staff... is always attentive, kind, and the sandwiches are always huge. Food is really hard to come by nowadays. So I really appreciatewhat they do for us. Thank you. Read more
They accepted EBT card. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in even though they were helping other people. The lady who made my... sandwich made sure we had an understanding of what I wanted on my sandwich. She was very helpful when I used the EBT cardmachine. I will be back! The sandwich was perfect! I struggled with the rating for this one, the sandwich was good but the service was non existent. The guys working here... definitely hate their job. Was short with me, cutting me off asking if I was done as I was telling him what toppings I wanted.Was rude to the customer in front of me, rushing her through her transaction. Best experience at a subway since the one on the base in Coronado. I like many choose Italian herbs and cheese bread, the bread... wasn't ready I did as anyone does, chose a different bread. The lady apologized many times for being out and I could tell herconcern for not having what I needed was real. She had a genuine interest in my order and making sure it was right. I assuredher it was not a problem, it happens many times at other locations. "I make it a point to have everything made, I'm very sorryI don't have it." (Paraphrased). Again, I let her know, I was very appreciative with her customer care and knew that she woulddo anything (within reason) to make it right in the future. She offered something else at no cost. I'm not promoting freebies soI won't explain what it is. Julia (I hope that's correct) was extremely helpful and did her very best to make things right, tobe certain I was satisfied. This is the type of service that goes above and beyond what many would expect. Thank you for thisexperience, if only many more owners and customer care businesses had this regard for their customers, the return rate would bemuch higher and the world a better place. Service was exceptional. Man with no mask covering mouth only noise. Word I know. Staff promptly asked him to leave for no... proper safety covering mask. Also asked my for a dollar inside store. He left returning couple minutes later smoking marijuanain the store. For my safety I told him he not suppose to be smoking in store. I did not want to breath his exhale of his smokein a confined space for 1. 2. smoke out if his mouth and unknown person and unsafe. Before making last sandwich called the lotsecurity. It took over 10 mn. I asked employee to stand at the entrance to watch while returning to my car for safty. As I droveoff saw security walking around towards the Subway a little to late. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young man, I ordered 2 sandwiches and he made them with love, very good... customer service skills, upon returning home and had 3 bites went for a 4th bite and I had a really long hair in my mouth, hadto throw my sandwich in the trash, because I don?t know about you but when I find hair in my food, I can?t eat anymore, otherthen that , I had a pleasant experience. 12/04/2022, 5.00PM.
