You really can't go wrong with a Subway sandwich. The lady I believe she is the manager will give you a little bit of attitude... for no reason, not friendly at all. Also she will ask you the same question over and over again when she is making your foodalmost as she is not paying attention to what you just told her. The other girls are nice though but the manager might need somecustomer service training. Read more

Horrible service. Girl seemed mad as soon as I walked in. Was uncomfortable to even order. Like if she was bothered for working.

Wait time was a bit long but I'm patient. Employee's attitude didn't help the wait time. I want my service with a smile! Second... employee made up for it. Great personality. Apologized for the wait. Made small talk. I got a Veggie Patty Protein Bowl ( notsalad... the mean employee corrected me lol ) Food was great! I'm glad the nice employee made it lol. So there was no rush I was the only person there and I was told to hold on as this lady slowly placed trays of bread in the oven... and I asked her what was the reason for putting bread in the oven are you out? Cause in my eyes she was taking her sweet time,then asking what I needed, ?????????food service sucks now a days and no one likes working and have no communication skills????????? Read more

We have been to this subway a few times before but the last time we went about 2 weeks ago, we were unhappy with the customer... service we received.We had placed a pickup order and we witnessed from our car as we waited for our food to be brought tous,the only employee working in there that day rudely flung our purchase receipt in our bag.She walked out of the back of thestore to our car with our food at a very very slow pace,and low motivation and enthusiasm and only muttered a bland," Have agood one."I get people have bad days or what not, but it shouldn't be taken out on the customer service.There is a simplesolution: work elsewhere.I wont be returning to this Subway. When I visited the Subway I was cranky after a long day and was hungry. There was about three guest in front of me. My wait time... to place my order was about six min. After I was greeted and asked what I would like...I asked for whatever the sub of the daywas...and said to make it a foot long. The new hire (I assume) after pointing to the part of the menu dealing with the specialsinformed me I could only have a six inch because it came with a small soda...okay fine I was going to order a soda anyways...butcan we add an additional 6 inch to my order? Sure...but my favorite bread was no longer available and I may have misheard thenew hire but I believe she said the Ham and Cheese sandwich was now obsolete?? Ham and cheese ...which is a staple sandwich...Which was the daily special for Friday was obsolete?? In confusion I ask for clarity... Is my sandwich going to be made?? Aftershe exchanged a hearty round of chuckles with her co worker, at my expense, I said maybe it was my fault for any confusion bydering the special sandwich and another that was the same but not a special price...as I only needed one soda cup. New Hireassured me "No no youre the customer you're always right . You're the boss" albeit I didn't feel like " the boss" at thisjuncture I choose to share I too once donned the Subway uniform and enjoyed my time as a sandwich artist at La Sierra and and ina moment of bragadoushness I added "It was a very busy location" She informed me she never heard of it. In a last ditch effortto try and turn this 2 star visit around and create an atmosphere of camaraderie shared a story about my time behind the counter...and it worked...I had to admit I was being "picky" due to hunger ...and being informed that my favorite bread was no longeran option. Her handling of a "difficult customer could use some polishing but not bad for a new hire. My sandwich wastasty...the cookie was delish..my beverage was thirst quenching. Tried to get a sandwich before work, had about 15 min to spare. The employee couldn't figure out how to use the computer for the... customer a head of me. Took about 10 min before they rung him up. I thought, it shouldn't take 5 min to make a sandwich (I canmake one faster at home). They spent 5 minutes going through 3 loafs of bread because they kept cutting it wrong. I finally leftbecause I was going to be late for work. Kind of sucks because I work 12 hour shifts with no breaks. Read more
