Horrible didn't have my name right for the order even though there were some long names in there I looked on some of the items... ordered in store but couldn't get my name correct. So my items had been sitting there as only 1 letter was put for my name. Therestroom was the worst I ever seen and I made a specific request for the food I ordered & it wasn't done. Also super crowded &noisy @ this location. I will never go to this location again. Need to put another 1 with a drive-thru as this location can't handle the load of people. Read more

The best drink I've ever had. Today. YUM. Iced white mocha with soy milk , no white. Sweet cream cold foam on top.
Last week I ordered ahead and picked up my to go order here and the baristas were fantastic! I walked in and my breakfast... sandwich was ready but my drink was not. When I picked up the sandwich from the to go counter the barista asked if I had more tomy order and promptly started working on my chai latte to help me out! He was not only attentive and helpful but he was singingwith the 90?s music and had such an upbeat attitude! Wish I had gotten his name. The shop looked clean and well stocked. It was a clean & well organized place. I placed my order & didn't have to wait long at all. They were pretty quick in making all... the orders from previous customers that were ahead of me & mine too. There was a gentleman that was very kind and opened thedoor for me to exit. I had my Lil Chihuahua in one hand & my Caramel Frappe in the other & so I couldn't open the door. I justthought that was so kind of him to do that & he was courteous too. My experience there was awesome. I would definitely stop bythere again for another Vente Caramel Frappe with extra Caramel. Great Team there!!!! Read more
Normally, I don't drink Starbucks because I only drink regular black coffee and Starbucks coffee usually seems very bitter to... me. But I had to use the bathroom so I bought a coffee. I got the brown sugar oatmilk espresso, and it tastes soo good. I can't have dairy but the oatmilk is a delicious substitute.... The brown sugar is subtle but there. My new favorite drink ???? Read more
