Update: 2 stars to 1. Would give 0 if I could. Next day: Sure enough, they did it again. Cake pop on top of hot food item.... Specifically ask for NO dried fruit, and to add agave syrup and they gave me none. Last time I come here. Don't understand whytheir phone doesn't work. SMH. They are usually on top of things. I got blueberries with my oatmeal and they were moldy, eventhough they had an expiration date of 6/30/22. They also gave me the incorrect cake pop, and it was melted. I went through a phase where I avoided Starbucks and tried to support independent chains. I concluded that some good does come... from corporate oversight and have returned as a loyal Starbucks customer. Staffing is a problem for all businesses now butStarbucks has not compromised on their quality control or hygiene. I?m a Starbucks person, so I have experience with the chain. This location, though is impressive. They have a super friendly... staff. They are fast, like magically so. And speaking of magic, has anyone ever stopped to look at the delicious wonder that isthe pumpkin cold foam, sinking and twisting in their coffee? Pure joy. Read more
