There service at this location is not the best. And the drinks are very hit and miss.

I was confused how this Starbucks had a 2 star review, and then I learned. Waited in line about 10 minutes to make an order.... While waiting, we were all told that they couldnt make frappachinos or lattes... So i tried to order a mocha, and waspatronizingly told "that has espresso, i told you we cant make espresso". I said "you told us no lattes, not espresso". Shesaid "lattes HAVE espresso". And at this point I was so confused at how stupid she is, that I coudnt say anything. She wasntonly stupid, she was very rude about it. Hey little girl, this can be a learning experience for you. You wont have to work atStarbucks your whole life. But something tells me you will be.
