There service at this location is not the best. And the drinks are very hit and miss.
Very disappointed in the barista that was taking orders, an older lady, I couldn't even order what I wanted to properly because... she kept on walking away. I was confused how this Starbucks had a 2 star review, and then I learned. Waited in line about 10 minutes to make an order.... While waiting, we were all told that they couldnt make frappachinos or lattes... So i tried to order a mocha, and waspatronizingly told "that has espresso, i told you we cant make espresso". I said "you told us no lattes, not espresso". Shesaid "lattes HAVE espresso". And at this point I was so confused at how stupid she is, that I coudnt say anything.
