Lots of app and internet orders are accomplished at this store and there is a counter for drinks and food. In-store orders are... not placed on that counter. The cashier should tell in-store customers that. Sat for 10 minutes or more waiting for drinks. Byaccident a clerk told me about the other counter. My hot coffee was not hot anymore. Read more

I placed a takeout order this morning on my way out of town and showed up a little too early, but it was no problem for this... team! The 4 or 5 women who work working this morning (around 9:30am) were stacked with orders from all directions, but the flowwas non-interrupted. They handled everything with ease and were warm when talking to customers, as if there weren?t 20+ moreorders ready for them to make. Really rude here one of the employees was walking out as I was walking in and let the door close in my face I had my daughter in... my hand and the other one Who made my drinks for me I said thank you and she just kept a straight face with no reply so I didn?treally feel the customer service vibe here at all. And my drink was messed up as well. They made it with milk instead of almondmilk and no Sweet cream foam. Read more
I went yesterday to purchase a ice brewed latter. And of course I asked them if they could mix it very well since I have a... sensitive taste on my beverages, and instead they took their sweet time doing other things. And when the time came to pick up mydrink, they did not mixed it well and instead just did it sloppy and as well disgusting way. Read more
Super busy and popular location. Waited 12 minutes for my beverage that was made perfectly to my liking. Staff was kind although... I had difficulty hearing due to how must the location was. The floor was a bit dirty but staff was busy tending to orders. Read more
I visit this Starbucks every morning I always get my espresso shots here. They are amazing and fast!!
