My 5 star review tonight goes to one of the workers at la sierra Starbucks ... Everyone else has been really nice too but this... worker in specific I want to speak about. I do not know his name I wish I did hopefully I get it next time but he was a youngguy with curly hair.. working today Friday 3/11/22 at the drive through. I was having a rough day and was behind a car when Iheard how nice and excited he was receiving customers through the voice order window. His friendless and enthusiasm is what weneed more of in this ugly world lately, it made me smile especially when I came up to the window and saw his face. He had theamazing and sweet personality of treating everyone great , and when I was having problems with my card he was very helpful.Thank you and I hope to see a smiling and friendly face again . *So I want to preface this with a disclaimer that I used to work at this location 6 years ago* An issue I've noticed... (especially since the remodel) is that the Cafe service quality has decreased. Starbucks(and most fast food if not all)prioritize drive thru speeds over the dine in customers. Group that together with the remodel that bottlenecks both ordering andwaiting customers at the registers makes it hectic. Today I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged(not even a greeting) due to thechaotic scene behind the counter of them rushing to lower the d/t numbers. I had a line of 4 other customers behind me until wewere helped. All I got was an iced coffee so my drink was made immediately(brewed drinks are faster due to not having to wait onespresso shots). The drink was made well and I have zero complaints on it. Overall experiences at this location have honestlybeen a hit or miss. It depends on what time of day you go, whether there is a rush going on or not as well. The staff also playa huge role as some are more experienced than others/work better under the pressure of meeting numbers better. Read more

Nov.14 2019 Fiance went inside to get me 1 drink. After 45 minutes and still no drink, I had to call them. I asked them how long... the wait was and they said 5min. I said then why has my fiance been waiting 45 minutes. They asked what drink it was thenapologized because they never printed out the label or whatever for it. Then they finally immediately made it. Ordered at6:39pm, finally got the drink at 7:15pm. Ridiculous horrible service. Will be contacting corporate and never going back to thatlocation. Review From A Month Ago (Oct.2019) Very slow. Wait a bit to put in your order then after that wait another hour toreach the window. Never in my life have waited so long for coffee. Definitely need better trained staff. Cause with 5 in there(that I can see) it's way too slow. Read more
