This is the best Starbucks around. The drinks are consistent and good always. All the staff there are amazing too!
Sigh. Wow. The WORST experience I've had at Starbucks. I went inside to order after seeing the drive thru line so long. No one... was waiting inside, so I was able to order immediately. I patiently waited...and waited...and waited. During this waitingperiod I overheard the bristas arguing about who was going to make my coffee, they talked amongst themselves instead ofattending to their duties, moved s...l...o...w. The work place was being treated as a high school lunch room instead of a placeof work. I finally demanded a refund after waiting 10+ minutes and watching my coffee be made incorrectly. Been to so many Starbucks, & this one is the worst. Employees do not work together, have attitudes, & are flat out... disrespectful. Plus the drink takes like sinkwater??????????????? To the store manager, when I ask an employee about why it'staking (over 20 mins) so long for the 4th drink I ordered & the response is "It's the new girl" ... Update: (2 stars) they are ok at making drinks but they constantly close the inside now. I'll order in the app and get there... then get out and walk up to the door to find the inside is closed and I have to go wait in the drive through. They should justblock mobile orders like other stores do then I could better plan my time. ----- Update: (4 stars) They have improved thelayout of their pick up area. Tends to be busy so they seem rushed still but overall I would start coming here more often againif they keep it up. I would recommend if you want your vanilla pumps to be accurate that you add a couple. The pumps Starbucksgives them aren't always the most accurate when pushed quickly. ---- (Stars) 3They've recently started leaving vanilla out ofthe cold brew regularly. They also freak out if you grab your own pastry when it's sitting with in reach and you can do it without touching anything else. Their plexiglass shields are so low you have to bend your arm weird to reach the drink or food fromtheir hand. Ironically you are still reaching around the plexi to get the item after they pick it up. Read more
The store front is closed but they are still accepting mobile orders. You have to get in the long drive through line to pick up... your drink. They need to shut down mobile orders if they don't allow customers ro walk in. Read more

Always enjoy Starbucks. The only thing I don't understand is that you ask for sugar free they charge extra
