I don't understand why they can't add a certain topping to one of the drinks I always try to order. They make it seem like I'm... trying to break the laws of physics by asking them to add the whipped cream on top of a specialty drink they have. Instead, oneof the workers recommended me a different tea with that topping, so I got that instead but it wasn't a milk tea, it was regulartea! The whipped cream didn't mix well with the tea and it started to become a gross, milky, mess! What makes me angry is thatthey recommend something way worse than what I originally wanted! How do you go from a beautifully crafted, delicious specialtydrink to just water and whipped cream in a cup?? JUST PUT THE TOPPING ON THE OTHER DRINK! Read more

My daughter and I were first timers to actual Boba and we definitely picked this perfect location. The staff were fast and... efficient in making our teas. Although I didn't know I could control the sweetness level ,which was my mistake. But the staffgentleman gladly informed me that If I didn't like the taste I could always bring it back and they would gladly make another.That was really thoughtful.
