My family and I were there for Sunday lunch. Our waiter was very nice but after ordering it took about 40 minutes for our food... to arrive. Waiter explained the chef was new and not really up to speed yet. My garlic shrimp skewers were good but I wassupposed to get 2 sides and the mashed potatoes were missing. Mentioned that to the waiter and he brought them out. My daughtersaid her food was good except the Cole Slaw which didn't taste fresh so she only ate one bite of it. I was in a big party and I showed up late. When I asked the waiter for drinks he was rude. The other waiters and bus boys were... really nice they kept checking on us. After like 30minutes I finally was able to order. He took down our order . At the end wewere rushed out because they had another big party waiting. The prices went up too. Endless shrimp was $23.99, a soda almost$4... Just for 3 people I ended up spending $100. Read more

I came to celebrate my birthday on Wednesday night, service was terrible. I have came to red lobster about 10 to 12 times in the... last 17 years to celebrate my birthday and I always get the endless shrimp. This time my experience was ruined by them being sostingy and treating us like kids, saying we need to finish that before you can get another shrimp option. I don't know aboutothers but I want to have all the different types of shrimp on a continuous rotation so I can eat different flavors. Then theytook too long to bring out the next option. They were also stingy with the bread. This restaurant ruined my birthdaycelebration. I forgot to mention we sat down and it took over 10 minutes for the waitress to even come recognize and get ourdrink order. Terrible service, I think they have just lost a customer. Normally reliable. My wife just ordered for pick up. We got the $40 trio plate(which was amazing last time) and the lobster was... not cooked well, the salmon had no flavor and they shorted us rice. All these not ideal for an expensive plate. It was at anbusy hour, but the restaurant was not busy yet. Note should it have mattered. You have to have good quality food for that priceno matter what. My visits could have been better the bartender my isthey're my isha made it all worth The Visit she didn't make the drinks but... the other 2 people who made my drink twice it was still horrible but I just said oh well I'll drink it wait for the food foodwas OK wasn't the best but just knowing that my issue was apologetic for everything and she seemed to go above and beyond justto make sure that we were happy Thank you myisha bartender at red lobster Read more
