Arrived at the location to pick up a pizza and no one verbally acknowledged me and told me they would be right with me. I stood... there for more than 5 minutes, made eye contact with a couple of employees, no one said anything; they acted like I wasn'tthere. Some time later a delivery driver came in and said they would be right with me. Order was supposed to be ready at 7pm,and I was told after 7 that it was now in the oven. Already annoyed at this point, but okay. Go back out to my car, wait 15minutes or so and go back in and grab my pizza. They were busy so I wasn't going to leave a review about the lack ofcommunication. But then I get the urge to check the pizza in the car, and it's not right. It was supposed to have 2 separatehalves with different toppings, and they put it all together. We didn't go back at this point because we didn't want to waitanother 20 minutes. Very disappointed at the poor service and lack of communication of the crew that I came into. The crewafter I came back the second time was better and on top of it, but my pizza still wasn't right.
