The food was good, the star was the French toast ????????. I got the plate with 2 bacon, 2 sausage, ham 2 eggs and home fries... and asked for French toast instead of pancakes. Would've been nice to know that they were 3 dollars extra but they are great.The salted caramel cold brew was good but the hot coffee is hit or miss, parents didnt like that the French vanilla was alreadyin the mug so it came out too sweet some times. The food that came with my plate was also lackluster, pretty sure it only had 1egg. Overall I'd give it a chance and be sure to get the French toast again. Read more
Service was awesome, but the kitchen cook needs to pay more attention to the baked potato, and the T-bone and Porterhouse steak.... I could've done a better job barbequing it. Not being disrespectful, but pay more attention to time. Potato was beyond baked,both steaks were horrible. I could've gone up the street to Yardhouse and payed the same for their steaks and it would of cameout way better. Read more
First off food was cold and the baked potato was moldy and hard . Service was horrible and the waitress lady was looking at my... 8month old daughter the whole time we wrre there because her father is dark and she didnt believe that he was her dad shestraight up off the bat told me oh thats ur daughter . I love the staff dearly, but what's the rush??? Breakfast burrito was oily and had egg shell bits. They said they couldn't... substitute my nachos whatsoever - in what restaurant is that acceptable? I wouldn't have mind paying extra for some fries.? Shakes are nothing to write home about 0/5 stars. Gumbo soup is 5 stars ????? Chicken steak was good. Sandwich wasok. Everything we order was delicious, the amount of money matches the amount of the food you get on your plate, the place was very... clear, the waitress very attentive. We had a wonderful experience I definitely recommend (if there's a line is worth the wait). Read more
I want to start off by saying I love NORMS and come here often however today I was very disappointed.. first off they took... forever to take our order.. second the waiter kept calling me mama and babe.. so unprofessional.. brought me a coffee 45 minlater.. no utensils to mix it.. and the worst of it was when I got finally got my food there was a hair in it!!!! ????????????very unsatisfactory and disgusting.. never again!! I think this place used to be a five-star restaurant. Quality seems to go away over the years. I remember the chicken tenders... being delicious as ever and everything else on the menu as well! Seems like the last three visits over the past 3 4 years hasbeen unsatisfied. Not sure what's going on but I don't think I'll be back to visit and if I do come back it's to see if theFrench toast are still the best I've ever had! I hope that stays the same at least. Read more
I?ve been to this Norms since I was little and I can?t once think of a time that I was ever slightly dissatisfied. Every time... I?ve come it?s been such a delight and the food is delicious! I highly recommend the chicken items on the menu although Iabsolutely love their breakfast here. The staff is always very sweet here and attentive. Recently, I had the bacon, lettuce,crispy chicken sandwich with tater tots and it was magnificent! Shout out to Dinnette, our waitress (she was on top of it andvery professional). This diner has room for large groups and outside dining tables. Additionally, if you?re a fan of purchasingrestaurant merchandise, this location sells mugs, tumblers etc. I made sure to buy a mug on the way out! Read more
