Didn't receive none of my 1large fries. When I ordered 2. This has me so heated. Didn't get my buffalo sauce or my ketchup. The... dude came outside and brought me out my food. I used the drive thru to pick up the McRib combo. It took longer than usual. I used my EBT card to pay. Usually when I do, the... cashier tells the people up front how I paid. If not, it takes longer and I have to show my EBT receipt. This time it reallytook a long time and I was not even spoken to to let me know they knew I was there. When they finally opened the window, thefood was given without an apology for making me wait. At least the order was correct. Read more

The store is very clean. Nice! I would have given a 5 star due to the following : 1) the fish sandwich was cold and addressed... to the girl so they immediately replaced it with a new sandwich . The girl just needs a little bit training of customer serviceassistance . When I brought it to her attention she responded in a manner where it felt like why am I complaining ? Really? 2)the fries were not fresh / lukewarm and soggy ( I think it sat under the heat lamp for awhile) but we went ahead and ate itbecause we were hungry. Therefore I didn?t return. I hope the girl needs more training however there was another girl that wasvery helpful when I asked if I can use the restroom. She immediately asked if she can help. Read more

This store is fine, at least for drive through. It's a convenient location, too. The staff is a little inexperienced, but... that's better than being understaffed. They parked us on a simple order, which was weird, but still, it's fine. The line wasrelatively short, although I've seen it a lot longer. The staff were fine. Van accessible parking is available.
