This is possibly the only Indian restaurant nearby which does not mislead their customers in the name of biriyani. The biryani... they offer here is very close to my favorite Kolkata style biryani. A must try for anyone who wants to check out authenticBengali biryani. Highly recommended. Read more
I love Indian food, but this just didn't do the trick for me. I ordered a two combo plate and some chicken pakora. The pakora... and naan just weren't good and the two item plate with Tikka Masala and Potato and Cauliflower curry was mediocre at best. Verymild flavors and it didn't even taste like it's supposed to. Maybe they have designed this food for people who are moreinterested in the fusion aspect or for those who are unfamiliar with Indian food in general. Going in with no expectations, I was very delighted by decor, customer service, food quality, and pricing! I was greeted as the... first timer and was not rushed for order not sure what to get I was intrigued by chicken tikka fries and Indo Fusion noodles.Wait about 15 minutes. Food is made to order. I went in on impulse. Nice looking small place with small area of sitting. I don?t know how long it usually takes them to do the... order but I felt like I waited much longer than I should have given the food was already cooked (they plated out of foodwarmers), and I was the only one there. The naan was chewy and hard by the time I started eating (8 mins later and still hot).I would give them an extra half star for decent prices. Read more
