This KFC is the worst. Don't go here unless you want problems with the staff and you won't get the food you ordered. I ordered a... kfc chicken and mac n cheese bowl and a drink. The rude employee working the drive thru didn't want to do her job and hermanager had to come take my order. Was told to come inside due to them not being staffed properly to pick up my food items.Thought because a manager helped take my order it would be correct. Nope!! Got home and the one job they had to put chicken inthe bowl with the Mac and cheese was apparently too hard for them. Got a bowl of just Mac and cheese. I'll never be coming backwith the terrible service that was given. Read more
The staff is a little grumpy these past few times I have gone. But the food is good and affordable.
Normally I have something nice to say but unfortunately this is not one of those times we purchased a 8 piece family meal with a... side of mash patato and man n cheese with large fries. Never in my life have been this disappointed we received chicken that wasvery dry and hard to eat. It literally looked like someone ate them and they decided to give it to us. Our mash patatos only fedour kids they put a tiny amount inside. Our Mac n cheese was great. Thank God! Our biscuits tasted old along with the fries. Fora mother who is struggling right now and was finally able to treat my kids to what I thought was a good meal was so disappointedin the quality of KFC. Read more
I drove thru the drive thru and asked if they accepted the EBT card. Girl said yes. I just ordered a large Cole slaw. I had to... wait 15 minutes for the car ahead of me to get their order and they were waiting when I got there. I finally got to the windowand she took my EBT card. Not only was I charged tax, but contributed thirty cents to the KFC foundation, which I never agreedto. The girl was about to give me the order of the car behind me and was caught by another employee. I waited another 7 minutes(yes I timed it) just for Cole slaw! NEVER going back! Read more
I love KFC chicken it is delicious and the sides are pretty good too, we went to this particular restaurant because it was close... to my daughters house all of the employees were very very nice but the service was terrible it did not seem like they had veryknowledgeable employees I?m sure most of them were pretty new that is why I only gave them three stars. Every single time I've gone to this store they haven't got my order right! I can understand maybe one time but every time,... that's just insanity. I will never go there again. They just lost a good customer for good. Thanks kfc!!!! Read more
