I've had Juan Pollo as long as I can remember. The chicken was excellent as always. The potato salad was meager at best. It's my... favorite by far but whoever prepares it at this location is awful. It was almost flavorless; very disappointed! Read more
The only reason I?m giving 2 stars was because the 2 men at the register were nice, but I had food catered for a birthday party... & I wish I had gone to a different place. The food itself was fine, but the way they packaged the food was not. Nothing was putinto bags or secured tightly. On the way to the party a lot of the food fell out of the poorly secured pans. They need to workon better packaging in the future. Read more
The chicken and beans were perfect. The changed the recipes for the rice and potato salad. The used to be flavorful and had... veggies and pieces of chicken in the rice. The potato salad was more of a mash, it wasn't good at all. I was verydisappointed. Read more
I have been to at least 3 other Juan Pollos before during my lifetime. Always great. This one location on Magnolia I just... visited today. What a disappointment. The rice was raw. It did not even have any chives like the other locations. It was yellowand RAW. Never again. This location needs to step it up and get the recipe from the other locations.
