Horrible ice machine was broken they didn't tell me until after i got a drink and tried the machine. I ordered an unwich they... put it on bread when told them about it, they acted like I was just bothering them. I asked for no tomatoes and guess what ithad tomatoes I just removed them myself. What fast food restaurant closes at 5pm on the weekend? Jimmy Johns will allow you to place an order for this location after... hours, take your money and 5 min later tell you your order was canceled.. now have to wait 3-5 days for my card to be refunded.Super convenient! Off to Jersey mikes, they have better sandwiches anyway. Read more
Placed an order for pick up and when we got there it was closed. Had to call another store and I was told this store closes at... 5:30 pm. Yet their open sign is out and my family and 3 other families waited to get told its closed. Going to jersey Mike'sfrom now on. It would've been nice to see a closed sign or told the store was closed online. Read more

Came in today just a few minutes before 3 PM for lunch. I wanted to pay in cash but was told I can only pay with a card. I said... ?OK that?s fine, I?ll pay with a card.? Cashier says yeah because we are shutting down the registers and closing the store at 3PM. Other folks were in their dining. i.e. making money for the company. She tells me that she can still serve me though if Ipay with a card. I said OK and was about to order, then I said ?it?s still OK if I can eat in here real quick though right?? Shesays ?no because we are shutting down the lobby, we need to clean up.? I?m not really too into eating in my car or at my deskat work, so I just said that?s fine I?ll head over to Jersey Mike?s. I come into the store 2 to 3 nights a week sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and normally the service is good but the... last couple of times I?ve gone in there. The bread has been hard as a rock on the bottom to the point where it?s not enjoyableto eat at all. I just got home from stopping in there and same problem. I didn?t think to check it. I?m too tired to drive back.I?m frustrated because I really normally enjoy their sandwiches, but I don?t know if I?m gonna be going there anymore. I don?tknow what?s up if it?s their management or laziness. I would assume that when they?re holding the bread to cut it, they can feelthat the bottoms, hard? I think it?s time to find a new sandwich shop. A sidenote, as I see below, there?s been problems withtheir soda machines? I?ve experienced that more than once as well. I think the store has a management problem and I see theowner below is telling us we all have to go to a different line to report a problem.
