Horrible ice machine was broken they didn't tell me until after i got a drink and tried the machine. I ordered an unwich they... put it on bread when told them about it, they acted like I was just bothering them. I asked for no tomatoes and guess what ithad tomatoes I just removed them myself. Jimmy Johns will allow you to place an order for this location after... hours, take your money and 5 min later tell you your order was canceled.. now have to wait 3-5 days for my card to be refunded.Super convenient! Placed an order for pick up and when we got there it was closed. Had to call another store and I was told this store closes at... 5:30 pm. Yet their open sign is out and my family and 3 other families waited to get told its closed. Going to jersey Mike'sfrom now on. I come into the store 2 to 3 nights a week sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and normally the service is good but the... last couple of times I?ve gone in there. The bread has been hard as a rock on the bottom to the point where it?s not enjoyableto eat at all. I just got home from stopping in there and same problem. I didn?t think to check it. I?m too tired to drive back.I?m frustrated because I really normally enjoy their sandwiches, but I don?t know if I?m gonna be going there anymore. I don?tknow what?s up if it?s their management or laziness. I would assume that when they?re holding the bread to cut it, they can feelthat the bottoms, hard? I think it?s time to find a new sandwich shop. A sidenote, as I see below, there?s been problems withtheir soda machines? I?ve experienced that more than once as well. I think the store has a management problem and I see theowner below is telling us we all have to go to a different line to report a problem.
