My order totaled $38. They could not accept my $50 bill and I was forced to use my credit card. The cashier recommended I use... the ATM machine. Get a counterfeit bill checker or a pen to check for fraudulent bills. Legal tender is legal tender and it isagainst the law to not accept legal tender. Train your staff to recognize fraud bills from real ones. Read more

Let me start off by stating that we enjoy Jersey Mikes Subs and have been several times at different locations. We have also... ordered on-line with no issues. But in the case of this location be advised you will need to check your on-line order whenpicking it up. We ordered the subs as shown and received our subs with nothing but the meat and cheese. Yes the store wascontacted and the Manger was apologetic. A refund was requested, but this was completely uncalled for. It would have beendifferent if we lived just down the street and I could've taken it back but that wasn't the case. Read more

Jersey Mike?s is one of my favorite sandwich shops, specifically the one on university. The employees there are always friendly... and very helpful and their sandwiches are delicious, I am a man who always orders his food special, either with extra meat orcertain items that I don?t believe belong on my sandwich and it doesn?t phase these folks at all they were always happy to giveme what I want and that is exactly why I go to this certain establishment, they are a little bit expensive but I figure we arehelping the people who work here more than anything during this terrible time, so please check them out they?re awesome.
