Wish I could give it 0 Stars. The worst experience I?ve ever had at a Jamba Juice. The shop wasn?t busy when I walked in. The... cashier took the order of the person in front of me and then walked away? Didn?t look at me, didn?t say ?I?ll be right withyou,? literally walked away like I didn?t exist. Then she started doing things in the back? Five minutes went by and suddenly Iexisted to the workers. Another one came to take my order. BTW, the sink behind the counter was running this entire time. Ikindly asked the cashier if the sink was broken or just left on. She said ?just left left.? I kindly asked her to turn it offbecause California is in a horrible drought. She stared blankly at me. Arrived here with only two people sitting. So thinking I was lucky and there was no line. The young lady working kindly... acknowledge me and then proceeded to make several, and I mean several drinks and breakfast sandwiches. She was a machine ofefficiency. This location was out of: Apples, Cucumbers, Lemons, and Oranges. I asked the miserable African American worker what juice she... could recommend to make with the available fruits/veggies on hand and she said, "Um nothing, unless you want an all spinachjuice or an all carrot juice." I asked for an Island Pitaya bowl but then another worker said they were all out of toppings forit. This location also had dirty sticky floors. Read more
Went here today around 11am. The floors are dirty, very hot inside and the employees have no interest in helping customers. Took... them almost 8 minutes to attend to me while I?m standing at the front counter. When they finally get my order ready they justplace my drink at the counter and walk away.
