My vanilla blue sky tasted gross and not like it usually does from other stores. I didn?t even drink it so it was a complete... waste of money. The workers are also not the nicest. Read more

I ordered two modified razzmatazz smoothies over the app, got there a couple minutes before the stated time on my receipt, but... when I received them, one was kind of solid around the middle but mainly just juice and the other drink was almost fully just ajuice. I had to come home and stick them in the freezer so I can actually enjoy them later on since I didn?t order juice.Usually I never have issues with this location; the smoothies are always thick and not sad and runny like this evening?s were.Also the cups weren?t labeled with separate marks so we have to taste test to figure out whose is whose since somehow afterseparate different modifications, the contents of the cups still look identical. The ability to review orders you put throughfor pickup on the app would be quite helpful. TLDR. Quite frustrated with the poor quality of smoothie thickness and lack ofdifferentiation. Just disappointed this time around :( Read more

I got there and was asked to wait outside as they reached their 3 person capacity. It?s March of 2022 and they still have this... policy. I was caught off guard as all establishments I?ve been in no longer have this. They also don?t take Apple Pay, which isinconvenient. Read more

Great customer service, but the owner needs to review their ID policy for signed credit/debit cards. Our signed Visa cards were... refused unless ID was provided. My friend did not have ID or cash and I had to pay for it. This is illegal and needs to bechanged. Read more

Only allows 3 people in at a time. Which is fine following the rules whatever. But the amount of time to make 3 drinks was... ridiculously long. The line forming outside was a bit much in the heat. I finally get inside make my order, wait an additional10 minutes before another associate tells the one that took my order ?remember we?re all out of X ingredient? -_- A completewaste of time. Got a refund back to my card. Read more

9:30 they had the door locked with a costumer still inside when they close at 10pm it special prefrence i see it looks like... they new each other costumer service is bad the guy employee and the small short girl were very rude we are regulers and theylooked like they were annoyed they need new employees asap let me know ill show them a great costumer service training.....
