Had to ask for my card back parked in the parking lot to eat.drive thru employee comes out hands a... order to I thought was a customer and then face locks her boyfriend and then starts smoking weed two bad experiences within aweek corporate needs to step in...we always try to give the benefit of the doubt to these fast food restaurants but once againDisappointed.. Upon my arrival to the restaurant,,, I found this location accessible from the freeway . I was hungry and thought to purchase an... item on the menu board. I ordered and I had to go to the bathroom.... I asked the counter attendant "Is the bathroomavailable?" Her reply " Yes " However, I noticed that one of the two restrooms was occupied the other was locked . Meanwhile, my order was ready .... I opened the box and to my shock and amazement... my sandwich order was incomplete, lacking what thephotograph represented. The counter attendant was courteous and replaced my sandwich order . Still waiting for the restroombefore I get back on the freeway.... The first and second attempt yielded no success... I patiently waited and another customercame in ordered and also needed to use the restroom. The third attempt yielded again a failed attempt to remove the occupantfrom the restroom. I requested that someone open the second restroom.... I was informed that " The other restroom was foremployees ????. Same restroom and the circumstances were getting uncomfortable for myself after 10/15 minutes of anunnecessary wait to use the restroom ,,, I was confronted by an angry employe about there's nothing she can do "Only onerestroom available" and walked away . I eventually gained access to the restroom only to find the restroom to be unclean andlacking the basic needs Toilet paper, paper towels and seat covers.... to which was noticed by the second customer who alsorequired the use of restroom . In conclusion,, My experience was exasperated by the lack of customer service by providing mewith a number to contact the District Manager. My total time in this location was more than I expected at 27 minutes. Just touse the facility. I eventually received the 800 number to contact someone to resolve this matter . first the sourdough chicken sandwich with the thousand island style dressing is horrible plus they made it with globs and globs... of dressing on it, it was soaked through the bread, I threw it away. At the drive thru the young guy asked me if I wanted anysauce and I told h I'm yes ketchup. why would he even ask if he wasn't going to put any in the bag? didn't get any. kinda overjack n the box now. First of all. NO HOSPITALITY!My husband went to pick up lunch(DRIVE-THRU). He was handed his drinks, he asked for a cup holder,... employee handed a CLOSED one and then proceeded to hand out bag..As much as everyone is in a hurry, my husband could not openthe cup holder FAST enough. To top it off, it vroke from the bottom and spilled on his pants and seat. I, myself worked for afast food chain in thr training department. I am very disappointed. We go there because it's convenient in distance for ourbreak and business. I tried calling the phone number, and to my surprise...it does not go through. Would like someone tocommunicate verbally.
