This jack in the box was a nightmare. First we ordered and lady on microphone was already rushing me to get my order. Then... website says there is breakfast 24 hours and she told me there no longer serving breakfast. We were helped by Jasmine this girlhad no customer service skills what so ever got our order wrong so we go back telling her the issue that our order was wrong sheliterally was talking back with an attitude and being extra rude. Then her supervisor or manager intervened and made situationworst. I couldn?t believe my eyes when we told him one of the burgers were missing bacon he opened burger in front of us andstarted picking in the burger and saying look it does have bacon. He was either high of something or drunk when we asked backfor the burger that was missing bacon. He said it?s already in the trash if you want it back it?s coming from the trash can.Very disrespectful and flabbergasted!! He stood there arguing and fighting for a paid hamburger. I would not recommend thisplace is a mess. They were also playing Spanish music in the background like it was someone?s sweet 16. Read more

Not very happy this jack in the box has a night shift manager that is extremely rude!! She literally filled my shake with... whipped cream instead of ice cream!!! And after I approached her that I saw her she literally argued with me and responded backto me by saying what are you going to wait then? ???????????????? She charged me a large when she only gave me a children's size!!! Then she ended up slamming the window.. and walked away after... Only to see that she still didn't complete my order!!! This Jack in the box is on my way home from work and I can say in the number of times I have gone there, I usually do not have a... good experience. I have gone multiple times from the hours of midnight to 2 am only to go to the drive thru and be told thatthey are currently closed. When I look online even as I'm in the drive thru it states that they are open. I honestly have noclue what the hours of operation are for this place. On the off chance they are "open" their soda machine is almost always down.I pretty much stopped going there due to the fact that the drive thru is almost always packed, or if its not packed then theyare closed even when their posted hours say they are open. October 1st, Friday night at 11:20 I?m going through the drive-thru order my meal which is the new bbq chicken deluxe sandwich... as seen in the picture and when I go to open the box the cheese looks like glue and there?s hardly any sauce and the bacon tastelike it?s been microwaved.
