Jack in the box used to be one of the better places to get fast food. They had become one of the worst. The cost is crazy and... the customer service is bad also. Finding costs have been gone up and I had not visited for a while. I ordered a 10-piecechicken nugget and when I was leaving found out that it was an eight-piece chicken again I went back in and they told me thatthey no longer serve 10-piece chicken nuggets I showed them my app and they said that it had not been updated on the app yet.Pretty much every Jack in the box seems to become this way along with half the other fast food restaurants. By far the most disgusting Jack n the Box I?ve ever been to. For starters: dirty dining room tables, flies in the toilet and no... soap in the bathroom. I would have let it slide if I wasn?t served a stale sandwich. Never again. Read more
Waste over an hour waiting for them to open. Just ate here yesterday at 7 O'clock. Woman opens the door right when it's about to... be opening time for the dining room floor & asks "Can I help you?" Like some kind of Degenerate Rapscallion there to causeproblems. Then proceeds to lie to me about the hours the dining room is open. Says it 8 not 7 despite the fact I just ate thereyesterday before 7 even. Says the time listed is "Old." Not buying it. Maybe they shut me out because they hate having to takeEBT & want "real money" instead. They JUST lost a customer. Read more
It's mostly convenient, since it's half a block away. However, I've stopped coming here on my way back from working in OC around... 3am because around that time, for like an hour, they only take cash. They don't bother posting a sign or anything. This is anissue because it's on such a small lot, there's no way out of the drive thru, which always has a line. The last time I got stuckthere, I was there for 10 min, before I could escape and go to McDonald's. Read more

Stale taco shells, hard old chicken, Lettice looks 5 days old all mushy. hardly fresh. Poor food.
