Walked into Jack in the box to pick up an order, wasn't greeted by any of the employees, there was about 5 of them that just... looked at us and kept doing what they were doing talking Spanish to eachother. I said hello a couple times and was ignored andfinally caught the attention of the girl with glasses and a red shirt (supervisor I'm.guessing) she just said someone will bewith you shortly. When she brought the food over and said "everything is there", but knowing better i questioned the order todouble check.. She got irritated and then proceeded to open the bag and pull each item out rudely naming them and throwing themtowards us.... Then when I mentioned one large soda was missing she rolled her eyes and went to get it. The service at this Jackin the Box is pathetic and if she's a supervisor she needs to be demoted because she doesn't deserve to have a supervisors jobwhen she acts like a child. Jack in the Box needs to retrain its staff and managers!!! I recommended AVOIDING this place andgoing to the Jack in the Box that's down the street on La Sierra and Hole. This Jacks location is probably one of the better ones nearby in regards to pricing. The only real issue appears to be the... colored customers that enter the drive thru, refusing to move because their fries are only warm and aren't covered in hotgrease. Heard this woman yelling at the top of her lungs two cars in front. They should just refuse service to rude andignorant people. The line would move much faster. Whether it be the dining area, drive-thru, or store it always seems to besomething with those folk. They're very lucky they're not from my mama's home town... my daddy may be Italian, but my Georgianside is very strong. Read more
We ordered at speaker, At window we corrected order. They asked us to please park and wait for drinks. Okah. No problem so far.... Waited maybe about 4 mins. Meanwhile I checked bag. Sure enough. 1 item wrong. When they brought the drinks I told girl. Shesaid ok. I'll bring you correct ones. So at that point I asked her. Do you wanna take wrong ones? To which her reply was "no,just keep Them" Ok. So far so good. When they brought back right item, check this out. THE MANAGER CAME WITH THE GIRL. Came in for a quick lunch. Walked in and had to wait quite a while to put in order. The girl was mainly focused on the drive... thru . Food was prepared quick and was good. There wasn't one clean table in the place and I was the only walk in customer at12:35 pm. I went in the restroom and it was filthy. Not only dirty but graffiti all over the inside if the door. Obviouslythey do not take pride in the appearance of their establishment. Next time I will find an In-N-Out. Read more
so just went through this drive-thru right now. They have the sourdough patty melt combo on special for 599 but they also have... the Southwest cheddar cheeseburger combo for 599. When I ordered they tell me we don't have the Southwest shutter cheeseburgercombo on special yet it's a huge poster on the window that says they do. And they don't honor that. Okay, here's how you win at this place. First, you find that the west door is locked. Go in the south door and tell them the... west door is locked. Order 5 churros and go to the men's room. When you come back to pick up your churros, explain to them thatit's better if a restroom has paper towels and toilet paper. Take your bag to the car - through the now unlocked west door - andtake one bite. When you discover you have chicken nuggets instead of churros, go back in and explain. They will then give you 10churros to make up for their error and let you keep the chicken nuggets. Mission Accomplished! Read more
