Horrible. I went to pay with a gift card at the drive thru and the manager comes and says his device isn?t taking the gift... card. They don?t have the ability through the drive thru. I asked if he could do the order from the front and pay on thatcomputer. He said sure you can come in. I then asked if he could just go type it on the other computer and charge it. You aretelling me you can?t walk over to the front computer and retype my order and use it that way. His response ?we are really busy?I just as not able to go in as I had my newborn with me in the back seat. All I wanted was a soda to get me through the day. Howhard is it to get a soda. Read more
Went to Jack in Box for lunch. Ordered their Chicken grilled salad it came with croutons and dressing fork and a knife. Really... happy that they still have salads. Employees weren?t even wearing gloves while handling food. Masks seem to be required for employees but were worn under the chin.... I understand masks aren?t comfortable to wear all day but you?re breathing your spit all over peoples? food and not wearinggloves after handling money is appalling. Then they have music playing so loudly that it can be heard as soon as you enter thedrive-thru. This seems to be worse in the morning. Read more

Of all that can be messed up about fast food, the mossy upholding thing is, in my opinion, upon ordering a oreo shake, I was... given a beverage straw, by the attendant. Now these types of shenanigans are very much of the type that require more attentionto detail. Or potentially making a uniform straw that can accommodate both perhaps? Read more
Ordered 2 tacos and an order or churros. Waited 13 min, no one in drive thru, I was the only person inside the store for that... time and there were 4 or 5 employees working. Demanded my money back and then they tell me they have my tacos ready but not mychurros. Still told them to give me my money back. Never coming to this location.
