Every time I order they always get my order wrong. I keep telling myself I'm not going to go there anymore. This time I ordered... from GrubHub thinking they would make sure they get it right. Nope. I was missing sides and an order of churros. Next time I'mgoing to order from another restaurant like Juan Pollo instead. They always get our order wrong and customer service is poor. I got a salad and there were no forks in the bag and when I asked... they for a fork instead of just getting it the employee says "Oh welll you didn't ask.." I was like oh I thought you guys knewto do that. He was like "No you have to ask for forks and napkins..." Lol. Sir just give me my things so I can eat. Other thanthat the location is convenient. The food is really good at El Pollo loco but the staff is not friendly. They are rude. Ignore you like you're not a valid... customer. I was standing when a senior citizen was trying to place an order and she got confused. The employee was not very niceto her The employee needs to learn to have patience for our senior citizens. Yes did you get confused sometimes but havepatience for them because one day you're going to be that senior citizen That's going to be one of your family members. How willhe make you feel if I mistreated your family member, your mother or your father? It's not very nice. This pollo loco is a hit or miss, with both taste in food and customer service. Like for instance the chicken nachos were... disgusting, no cheese and barely any chicken. A lot of times I?m missing items and when I call because I don?t feel like drivingback they never answer the phone, I would come here twice a week as a healthier alternative when I?m so tired from work anddon?t have the energy to cook, but no more! We decided to give this El Pollo Loco one more chance. Didn't get our tortillas, had to show proof of coupon on my phone, salad... was wilty, hardly any meat on the legs and thighs and the churros were too chewy.
