I ordered on the app, but when I arrived to pick up my order, the doors were locked, and it said the lobby was closed with no... other instructions. A DoorDash driver was also there and confused and then an employee opened the door and we both got in. Theyhad expected me to go sit in the drive-through line apparently. I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my order? which wasready and I could see was sitting on the counter behind the employee the entire time. The employees at this location all havehorrible attitudes, to say the least!! EL POLLO LOCO Why are you taking orders online or through an app for pickup when thedoors to that establishment are locked????? Never again. Read more

Worst El pollo loco I've ever been. The drive through girl on 10/4/22 at 5pm was rude as hell. Then picked up the Chile with... her gross hand and threw them in the bag unwrapped. Then as I'm driving down the road I open my burrito and it's basically abig pile of mush. I basically tossed the whole meal,called it a loss then went and got another order from an El Pollo loco downthe street. Which had way better service and a burrito that I could actually eat! If People don't know how to be nice andfriendly they shouldn't be working in customer service! Service in America has gone downhill! Read more

Food is pretty good at this location. Speed of service really needs improvement. Have been there recently during non-rush... periods, and it takes a long time to receive our order. This most recent visit, there was only one individual preparing the foodin the kitchen for the drive-thru and dine-in customers. Read more

We ordered the double tostada salad which WAS NOT THERE IN THE ORDER. WE ALSO ORDERED THE DOUBLE CHICKEN FOR 5 salads and all... the chicken was skimpy. Hardly any chicken. They were not even busy. EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR SPECIALLY AND PAID FOR WASMISSING. WE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT 11 times. NO ANSWER. GREAT JOB We ORDERED DOUBLE CHICKEN THIS IS NOT EVENSINGLE. Read more
