Worst El pollo loco I've ever been. The drive through girl on 10/4/22 at 5pm was rude as hell. Then picked up the Chile with... her gross hand and threw them in the bag unwrapped. Then as I'm driving down the road I open my burrito and it's basically abig pile of mush. I basically tossed the whole meal,called it a loss then went and got another order from an El Pollo loco downthe street. Which had way better service and a burrito that I could actually eat! If People don't know how to be nice andfriendly they shouldn't be working in customer service! Service in America has gone downhill! Read more
This is how I get my burrito and the salsa is bad , so disgusting!!! Paid $9 for this . And didn?t give me a receipt.

Food is pretty good at this location. Speed of service really needs improvement. Have been there recently during non-rush... periods, and it takes a long time to receive our order. This most recent visit, there was only one individual preparing the foodin the kitchen for the drive-thru and dine-in customers. Read more
We ordered the double tostada salad which WAS NOT THERE IN THE ORDER. WE ALSO ORDERED THE DOUBLE CHICKEN FOR 5 salads and all... the chicken was skimpy. Hardly any chicken. They were not even busy. I ordered on the app, but when I arrived to pick up my order, the doors were locked, and it said the lobby was closed with no... other instructions. A DoorDash driver was also there and confused and then an employee opened the door and we both got in. Theyhad expected me to go sit in the drive-through line apparently. I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my order? which wasready and I could see was sitting on the counter behind the employee the entire time. The employees at this location all havehorrible attitudes, to say the least!!
