I?m only giving this place 1 star because I have to. Won?t let me pick 0 stars. Worts service ever. Was in the drive thru line... for about 45 min to almost an hour.( not exaggerating) people were getting out of their cars.. and honking. So ridiculous. Icouldn?t get out of line after this cuz of the curb so had to wait it out. Only for them to get my order wrong still and thechicken wasn?t cooked all the way. Food tasted horrible. Has to be the worst drive thru. Employees are nice but the food order is always bad. I eat el pollo at a minimum 1 time a week... usually more. From over cooked chicken to be like jerky to never putting the extra beans in my burrito like i order or 8 out of10 times not giving me salsa rojo. I UNDERSTAND its hard to find employees but the ones that are there are not doing a good job. Read more
At least half of the chicken in my burrito was literally burnt to crisp. The other half was so hard to chew, it was like... plastic. The amount of chicken was so little as well that i had to open up my burrito and pick throught it just to be able totake the pictures. I took pictures because I have never seen anything like it. I?m giving a one star for poor upkeep.The place wasn?t busy and upon my arrival I walked into a dirty restaurant which isn?t... good for appearance sake if you want customers to feel welcomed. I dare not go into the bathrooms or those pictures would havebeen here also. Food was cool. Store appearance not good. I can?t imagine the upkeep behind the counters where all the foodwas. Read more
Horrible service I came in on jun 21 2022 at 3:44 pm I order a double chicken avocado salad They gave me a box with just lettuce... and 4 small pieces of chicken. The guy on drive tru was rude and made me park and reorder my food . Guys name is saliamar. Worstexperience ever Read more

Got to the store around 9:47 and they were already closed even though the closing time says 10. They had someone in line before... me that ordered, they could have taken my order. Read more
