Ordered a Giant Baker. Opened container to find cold meat on top of cold mashed potatoes! It?s disgusting! If you?re out of an... item and need to substitute you need to let the customer know. Meat was great. Delivery from Grub hub. French fries were hours old and burnt! The fries were much darker than the photo.

I never, ever leave bad reviews but WOW this place was terrible. Everyone with an online order had their orders prepared AFTER... the patrons ordering instore were rung up. I ordered at 3pm for a 3:45 pick-up and my order was not ready until 4:25. All sideswere cold and basically inedible. The brisket was bad and the ribs were mostly bone. My first time going to a dickies and never again! Not only did they skimp hard core on meat for our nachos! but they also did... not put ANY cheddar cheese. AT ALL.. They overcharged me and all we got was chips, a small amount of meat and unmelted cheese.Then, all i got was fat in my pulled pork sandwich. Someone needs to fire whoever is in charge! Ordered off DoorDash, when the order arrived it included not one container of barbecue sauce for our 2 pulled pork sandwiches... and a meat plate. How do you order a barbecue spot and get absolutely no barbecue sauce with your food? AND THEN, my boyfriendbeing the picky eater he is tried eating around the absence of barbecue and found a piece of hard foil in his pulled porksandwich!!! -10/10 terrible experience. Read more
