REVISION: Responded very quickly and refunded me for the inconvenience. ORIGINAL: Ordered Mac and Cheese WITHOUT shrimp and it... still came with it. Cashier emphasized that it would still cost the same price without the shrimp which was acceptable, but whatis not acceptable is the fact that shrimp still made its way onto the plate. My girlfriend is allergic to shellfish and seafood?since it was buried under the food, she took a bite, and least to say it came as a bitter surprise and shock when we foundmultiple shrimp. Its so inconsistent, sometimes ill go and the beignets are very good and another time they'll be terrible. Today they were flat,... greasy, powder on some no powder on others, one huge one and a tiny one and almost no dough inside. Its expensive when you getnothing in return. Read more
The food was delicious. I got the Meli Melo recommended by Brittany which was wonderful! My husband got jerk chicken and bourbon... chicken and said it was really good! Would definitely recommend!! Edit: Got Beignets for dessert which left everyone sayingMmmmmm..... Thank you friends!! Read more
I love coming to the Riverside Food Lab. But Dhat Creole Grill is my spot. I've been here twice and my experience has been... wonderful on both occasions. Friendly, professional service. I always order the Jambalaya fries or the catfish and shrimp. Ihighly recommend both! They're pricey but the give you a lot of food so it's worth it. Both times they have been so wellseasoned and delicious. Especially the catfish! I love the catfish! Never dry either or overcooked. A little spicy but just theright amount for me. ???? Read more
Service was good, staff was nice & wait time for the weekend was not that bad. I was excited to try their beignets,... unfortunately out of 8 only 2 were well cooked. The rest were raw. Very disappointed, I hope they can review their items beforegiving them to customers. Read more
Drive 40 minutes to get beignets for a small party. Told I could only get 1 order at a time and had to wait 15 minutes between... orders. Told we can?t overwhelm the kitchen and there was only 1 person waiting for food. Very disappointed. They shouldchange this policy. Update. It took 5 minutes to get the order and they were gracious to let me order a second. ??????? Guessthey kitchen isn?t overwhelmed. Update. While typing my update the second order came out.
