Honestly, there is no fault with the ice cream, it’s always been good and consistent. However, every single time we go without... fail my spouse asks for a cone, and the attendant confirms what kind, but they literally never serve us one. They throw it in acup and push it to us quickly. We try our best to be as easy a customer as possible but without fail they treat us like we’rea burden and like we’re annoying them. So, I love ice cream and Cold Stone didn't let me down. We ordered multiple servings and I was surprised at how fast and... accurately our server made them. She smiled too. We had one with a nut allergy and she was careful to make the last oneseparately to avoid contamination. She was well versed in the allergy protocol. We hope to go again! Read more
Went in last night with some family members after dinner...1 person in front of us. There was 3 people on the counter. Thr one... male (longer black hair) wearing a visor cap was the rudest person of the bunch. He seemed irritated, bothered and just anoverall feeling that he hates his job. The ice cream was delicious. I got the strawberry cheesecake combo. My brother didn't really like the coffee lovers one, said it... tasted more like caramel with a hint of coffee. But the biggest issue is the smell in the store. It smelled like feet. I don'tknow if they had a sewage problem, but it smelled like trapped water. They need to call a plumber, or whatever appropriate partyto address the source of that stench. We almost walked out just to not put up with that smell. Read more
This place won’t serve you unless you wear a mask… which has recently been called “nothing more than a facial... decoration” thankful for the other businesses in the plaza that do not discriminate based on what decorations I have chosen towear today. Cold Stone Creamery owner (s): please remove false advertising from your display areas. I walked in 10/20/19 to buy the Reese's... peanut butter ice cream cup & you were all out - maybe removing the sign or at least placing a smaller sign of "Sold out" overthe advertising on the window & menu wall would be appreciated. The Nintendo sweepstakes ended; thusly, removing the displayatop the counter would be ideal. For the high prices a friendlier greeting & a "thank you" by each associate would have beenapprecuated vs. "Can I help you?" in a monotone voice. I have many other choices for ice cream & at a lower price such asThrifty ice cream inside Rite Aid or from the supermarket. Read more
Got an ice cream cake from here. I forget the name of the cake but basically it's an awesome cake with snickers. 1 word:... Amazing. The cake normally would have fed everyone and had some left over but that never happened. Everyone wanted a secondslice! One of the kids picked the plate it was on clean!
