Was a little disappointed this visit. We tried to use a happy eats gift card to pay for our ice cream since it has cold stone... right on the front. Iwas told that my card was old because it wasn't reading. I just took that one out of the package andchecked the balance and it was loaded. So the kid tried again with a second card I had and it was still rejected. When he askedthe manager she said "oh we don't take those gift cards". It's a little bizarre cause their logo is right on the front and Iknow I've used these kinds of gift cards here before. So beware if you attempt to use a gift card like this, you'll likely bedenied. Always excellent service here, the employees move fast and are not intimidated by large crowds. The ice is delicious and very... rich. The employees keep the place clean and up to code. The price are decent for the amount of ice cream you get. Me and mywife absolutely love coming just for ice cream and a date night on the town. Keep doing a awesome job guys Read more
My first time here and enjoyed the watching how the toppings were mixed into the ice cream.
Ice cream tasted like dishwasher, very disappointed not mixed well either . The older lady could not understand English to... answer basic pricing questions on the cakes. Lost a whole family of customers right now. Read more
Would have been 5 stars but for the first time ever, customer service was very poor. No greeting, no suggestions, no offer to... taste, no thank you, not even a smile. I understand everyone has a bad day but your job requires some level of warmth whenworking with people. May try again another day, very disappointed for now. Read more
This is very typical affair for Riverside especially for the mall. The menu items are standardized and staff are young &... friendly. The mall/plaza is bleak, and unappealing yet still not the worst plaza/mall in Riverside. This is a safe option tomeet someone at. The place is busy with dinner dates and families. Read more
I had a Strawberry Blonde, which consists of strawberry ice cream, strawberries, graham cracker pie crust, caramel, and whipped... topping. It left much to be desired. It was rather bland and most definitely not worth the crazy price charged. Read more
