This Chipotle is fine. It's a smaller store than some, and I've found it to be slightly less busy at the times I tend to go, so... that's fine with me. It has the same problem most Chipotles have, that the minimalist interview design is echoey and loudinside, I don't know how the workers can stand it for a whole shift, but whatever. But my biggest gripe is putting all of thespiciest salsa in one tiny spot in my bowl, and not distributing it evenly. Read more

We've ordered via the app twice and both times, items were missing. The first time it was a drink and some chips. This time it... was chips, a drink, and the two tortillas that are supposed to come with the kids meal. I didn't give a 1 star because the fooditself is good. We were very happy when this Chipotle first opened up in Orangecrest area. 3 stars because not sure what happened the last... Sunday we mobile ordered but the food was 15 MINUTES late. Upon arrival in store, no one was in the food ordering line but about5-6 people were standing around waiting for mobile orders. We could have probably walked up to the counter to get our foodfaster. Would have probably also received larger portions too as I've noticed portions via mobile order tend to be smaller thanordering at counter, but that's a Chipotle chain-wide issue. In the past, the convenience of picking up a mobile order hasoutweighed the benefits of slightly larger portions when ordering at the counter. Read more
