I left a two star only for the fresh fries. The order was a number 3 and a kids chicken star 6 pc. The kids drink lid was... halfway on & spilled on my leg- I was okay with everything at that point until I taste the coke that was out of syrup, lol. Tooka bite into stale onion ring in western bacon cheese sandwich. My kid usually loves the chicken stars but wouldn?t eat them so Itried one to find those are also stale. I honestly wouldn?t take the time to leave a salty review like this but Carl?s Jr. isnot a cheap fast food spot and we spent 20$ only to have a sub par experience. Read more
I ordered a Beef taco Salad, a crunchy taco and a Dbl western bacon cheese burger criss cut fries and a Dr pepper. There was no... Salad in my salad! Had no Guacamole no sourcream, alot of beans and some of the taco meat,I go in there almost every otherFriday for the salad,it was horrible the lady that took my order was not happy,I don't complain but I got all the way home andwas so disappointed! I highly recommend their new sour Doug burger its really good and fresh. I love their fence fries and famous star burger.... Honorable mentions western bacon cheeseburger and their onion rings are just amazing. Read more
Food here so far has been a good experience, i tried out the breakfast burger, the spicy chicken and the big carl and have all... been delicous with no problems. Another thing to mention is one of the ladies that work there has such a great attitude thatmakes you happy to get your food, if i remember her name is vanessa, so keep on doing a great job at what you do! Couldnt order. Dont know if it was a language barrier or their speaker doesnt work. After repeating the order 5 times, yelling... it 2 times and only half the order being taken; we gave up and pulled through without ordering. No one was in the drive thru andthere wasnt noise to make it difficult to hear. Read more
